I’ve submitted a refund request, but not all of my tickets have been refunded?

We’ve asked you to request a refund for each individual ticket number. This was the only way for us to process all refunds correctly. If you submitted one ticket number, only this ticket will be refunded and not your whole order. Refund requests are closed from December 1 and we don’t accept any new refund requests for Surfana Festival 2021 tickets.
