Can I book accommodation? Absolutely! Booking for accommodation at De Lakens will open soon. Additionally, there will be a limited number of Sheddies available for booking. Stay tuned for more information on securing your mini vacation.
Is there family camping? We have a dedicated Family Camping area which we can guide you to when you check-in at the festival.
Check-in and check out times times. You will have access to the campsite from 4pm on Thursday 5 Sept and must leave (no trace) by 10am on Monday 9 Sept.
When should I leave the campsite on Monday? On Monday 10:00AM the campsite needs to be cleared.
Can I camp together with my friends? Camping spots are filled on a first come first serve. We do not allow you to reserve or hold any camping areas. If you want to share a space with your friends or family please make sure you arrive together to be placed close to each other.
What is the check-in process? Check-in for the festival will take place at the reception of Camping de Lakens, the first building you’ll encounter upon entering the camping area. After scanning your tickets, you will be provided with a wristband, granting you access to the festival. If you have a weekend ticket with camping access, this wristband will also allow you entry to the campsite. Once you have completed the check-in process, our team will guide you to your designated camping spot, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to your festival experience.
Can I bring my dogs or any other pets? No, the camping has a strict policy which doesn’t allow dogs or other pets.

Can I bring my own Food & Beverage: If you have a weekend camping ticket and plan to stay at the campsite, you are permitted to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy at your tent or camper van. However, cooking at your tent is only allowed using small camping gas pits. Please refrain from having open fires or using barbecues at the campsite. Once inside the festival grounds, you will be delighted by a wide selection of delicious food and beverages provided for your enjoyment. We kindly request that you do not bring your own food into the festival area, as we have a variety of culinary offerings available to cater to your tastes.
Fire/Gas/Campfire stoves – Regarding fire and cooking equipment, small gas pits are permitted at the campsite. However, for safety reasons, open fires, campfires, and barbecues are not allowed. Please adhere to this guideline to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all festival attendees.
